What you’ll get from a discovery chat
A short call (about 15 minutes) with Sarah. You’ll talk through where the business is now, what would help most, and whether SMP is a good fit. You’ll leave knowing what happens next.
How we price
We don’t publish a price list. After a discovery chat, Sarah quotes a flat fee for the agreed-upon work. You’ll know the number before you start.

- Do you work virtually?
- Yes. Sarah is based in Howell, MI, and works with clients virtually. If you’re local, she loves to meet face-to-face, often at a coffee shop or another local business she’s glad to support.
- Do you do my taxes, or just the books?
- Both. Planning and coaching come first, then bookkeeping and payroll. Tax strategy and preparation are part of the work for year-round clients.
- What if I already have a CPA?
- Sarah will work alongside your CPA and other professionals to make sure every part of your business is covered.
- What happens after I book a discovery chat?
- You’ll get a confirmation, then meet with Sarah.
- How does onboarding work if we move forward?
- We start with an engagement letter that covers scope and price. Then we collect the necessary documents and access, and set a meeting schedule.
